We were greeted this morning with a snow white calf...quite a change from the messy newborn from yesterday.
Both momma and baby are up and going and looking good. We still haven't seen the little one nurse yet and he refuses to take a bottle. He's up on his feet, so I'm guessing he's nursed when we weren't watching.
Bessie came in and milked this morning. She's still having a problem staying on her feet, but she's better than she was last night being milked. Now, I'm off to regular work.
